PARK-TROLLEY-SLIM-PLUS

PRKTS+ represents the evolution of the PRKT+ model, designed to offer even greater versatility and space optimization within the system. In this version, the trolley has been lowered by 13-15 cm, allowing the storage of taller vehicles compared to previous standards. Additionally, the system has been developed so that each trolley can guide the other, allowing vehicle entry from both front and rear positions. This configuration makes it possible to fully utilize every available space in the system, increasing overall capacity and operational flexibility.

High-performance vehicle handling system

PRKTS+ is the evolution of the PRKT+ model, completely redesigned and lowered by 13-15 cm to allow storage of vehicles with greater height. The ultra-compact structure reduces footprint and increases the density of storable vehicles for the same available volume.

The full lifting eliminates issues related to parking brake and automatic transmission, ensuring faster, smoother and more efficient movements compared to pallet-based systems.

Ultra-thin lifting

This new model integrates all the advantages of the previous version, ensuring full vehicle lifting and eliminating the risks of mechanical damage typical of dragging systems, even with automatic transmission in park position or parking brake engaged. It also ensures superior operating speed compared to pallet-based systems, improving efficiency and handling times of the entire system.

Thanks to the thinner structure, it expands the range of storable vehicles for the same available space. In this version, both trolleys can operate as master, allowing parking from both front entry and rear entry. The wheelbase limit present in the previous model has also been eliminated, enabling the storage of an even wider range of vehicles.

How the PRKTS+ system works

The lifting and handling process is designed for maximum safety:

1. The PRKTS+ trolley positions itself fully automatically under the vehicle.
2. Precision mechanical arms extend laterally to securely grip the tyres.
3. The system performs a full, controlled lift of the vehicle from the ground, ensuring total stability.
4. Data communication via industrial wireless network ensures constant and reliable movement control.
5. The vehicle is moved to the destination bay while remaining fully suspended, eliminating any potential wear.
6. Once the designated bay is reached, the trolley gently sets the vehicle down and automatically retracts to its rest position.

This operating mode virtually eliminates any risk of mechanical damage to the vehicle, particularly for cars with automatic transmission in park position or with parking brake engaged.
