Lift Park T Hanging Shuttle System

High Efficiency for Medium-Sized Structures

The Lift Park T - Hanging Shuttle model is a parking system where cars are moved by an integral lifting trolley. This type is suitable for medium-sized public and private parking facilities: up to 80 parking spaces. Cycle times are generally shorter than pallet-based models. It can be built above or below ground, with the access area above or below the parking levels.

Absence of the central slab

The configuration without a central slab allows for significant recovery of usable height. Since the shuttle is suspended from the upper structure, it can operate at a lower level compared to traditional solutions, allowing the positioning of taller vehicles within the same building volume.

This technical solution therefore leads to an optimization of available space, with the possibility of increasing usable heights for vehicles. An additional advantage is the reduction of concrete works, resulting in lower structural costs and shorter construction times.

How the automated parking system works

The system operation is simple and fully automated.

  1. The user parks the car in the entry area.
  2. The main elevator descends to the parking level and, with the help of a turntable, rotates the vehicle into position.
  3. A shuttle positions itself in front of the main elevator and, via the trolley, transfers the vehicle from the main elevator to the shuttle.
  4. The shuttle positions itself on the secondary elevator, which then moves to the floor designated for vehicle storage.
  5. Once the destination floor is reached, the shuttle aligns in front of the assigned parking bay. The integrated trolley advances into the bay and correctly positions the vehicle in the dedicated stall.
  6. The trolley returns to the shuttle, which in turn returns to the elevator; the elevator then rises back to the entry area, ready for a new operation.

Cars are parked on fixed stalls and not on mobile pallets, a solution that allows better use of vertical space. The retrieval operation follows the same procedure, but in reverse sequence.

Turntables and customizable access solutions

The system can be equipped with turntables that rotate the car to ensure entry and exit in forward gear, improving comfort and safety for the user. Turntables can also be used to transfer the vehicle from street level to the internal parking levels.

The entry and exit area can be built inside a building space or outside, with a retractable mobile roof cover that, once closed, restores the complete flatness of the surface.

Advantages of the Shuttle Park T system

  • High efficiency for structures up to 80 parking spaces.
  • No central slab to gain height for taller vehicles.
  • Greater parking capacity compared to traditional parking.
  • User comfort with forward-gear exit via turntable.
  • Vertical space optimization, since the use of the trolley eliminates the need for intermediate pallets.
  • Construction flexibility, both above ground and underground.
  • Ideal solution for residential, commercial, office buildings and high-density public parking.

Space Optimization

Maximizes available width with multiple rows of parking.

No Slab

The shuttle moves suspended between two platforms, gaining height for taller vehicles
