LINE PARK

The LINE PARK model is an automated pallet-based parking system suitable for small/medium-sized parking facilities: up to 20 car spaces, commonly used for private use but also suitable for public use.

LINE PARK System

High Efficiency for Small Structures

The LINE PARK model is an automated pallet-based parking system, designed for small and medium-sized structures, with a capacity of up to 20 car spaces. It is a solution particularly suited to private contexts, but can also be used for public applications.

It can be built either underground or above ground, with the access area positioned above or below the parking levels, ensuring wide design flexibility.

Customizable pallet configuration

The pallet technology allows customization of the parking space, enabling the parking of other vehicles (motorcycles, bicycles, etc.) with the addition of optional fastening systems.

On some pallets it is possible to integrate a small container dedicated to the secure storage of personal items. The compartment acts as a real safe, since the parking area is not accessible to people. This customization ensures a high level of protection against theft and unauthorized access. However, the maximum allowed weight of the pallet must always be respected.

How the automated parking system works

The operation of the system is simple and fully automated.

  1. 1. The user parks the car in the entry area.
  2. 2. The main elevator descends to the assigned level with the vehicle to be stored.
  3. 3. The secondary elevator aligns to the same level as the main elevator.
  4. 4. The pallets automatically shift by one position, moving the pallet with the stored vehicle onto the concrete pad and loading the last pallet of the level onto the second elevator.
  5. 5. The system continues to rotate until the main elevator receives a free pallet and returns to the entry area.

Turntables and customizable access solutions

The system can be equipped with turntables that allow the car to be rotated to ensure forward entry and exit, improving comfort and safety for the user. The turntables can also be used to transfer the vehicle from street level to the internal parking levels.

The entry and exit area can be built inside a room of the building or outside, with a retractable mobile roof cover that, once closed, restores the complete flatness of the surface.

Advantages of the LINE PARK system

  • High efficiency for structures with up to 20 car spaces.
  • Customization of pallets for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.
  • Greater parking capacity compared to traditional parking.
  • User comfort with forward exit via turntable.
  • Installation possible both underground and above ground.
  • Full automation with no internal maneuvering required by the user.
  • Lateral translation thanks to pallet technology.
