PUZZLE PARK

The Puzzle Park model is a platform-based automated parking system, ideal for small and medium-sized structures, with a capacity of up to 20 parking spaces. It is particularly suited for private use, but can also be configured for public applications.

High Efficiency for Small Structures

The Puzzle Park model is a platform-based automated parking system suitable for small/medium-sized parking facilities: up to 20 parking spaces, commonly used for private use but also suitable for public use. It can be built underground or above ground, with the access area above or below the parking levels.

Automatic parking for tight spaces

Thanks to this type of movement system, it is possible to obtain a high number of parking spaces even within particularly narrow structures, where it would normally not be possible to install a stacker crane or a shuttle. This configuration allows full use of every available space, since the absence of additional movement devices allows the entire usable area to be dedicated solely to parking spaces, thus maximizing the overall capacity of the system.

On the other hand, this solution has a significant disadvantage: movement times are longer compared to other technologies, making the system slower in deposit and retrieval operations.

How the automated parking system works

The system operation is simple and fully automated.

  1. The user parks the car in the entry area.
  2. The main elevator descends to the parking level.
  3. The platform, via the push wheel system, performs a lateral shift.
  4. The system's platforms begin to rotate clockwise, creating the necessary space to accommodate the deposited vehicle.
  5. The rotation continues clockwise until an empty platform is present on the elevator; at that point the elevator returns to the entry area, ready for a new operation.

Turntables and customizable access solutions

The system can be equipped with turntables that allow the car to be rotated to ensure forward-drive entry and exit, improving comfort and safety for the user. The turntables can also be used to transfer the vehicle from street level to the internal parking levels.

The entry and exit area can be built inside a building bay or outside, with a retractable mobile roof cover that, once closed, restores the complete flatness of the surface.

Advantages of the PUZZLE PARK system
