It is a mechanized parking system ideal for medium and large public and private parking facilities, with a variable capacity of up to 1000 parking spaces, configurable in multiple modules. The system can be built above ground or underground, with the entry and exit area positioned above or below the parking levels, ensuring maximum design flexibility based on architectural and urban planning requirements.
Dedicated shuttle on each level
Each level of the parking facility is equipped with a dedicated shuttle, a key element for reducing cycle times compared to other automatic parking models. The presence of one shuttle per level allows simultaneous and independent operations, increasing the capacity to manage incoming requests.
How the automated parking system works
The system operation is simple and fully automated.
1. The user enters the entry area and leaves the car in the designated zone.
2. Once the vehicle is loaded, the elevator transfers it to the parking area.
3. Upon reaching the destination level, the car is picked up by the trolley and transported onto the shuttle. Meanwhile, the elevator returns to the entry area, ready to handle a new vehicle.
4. The shuttle transports the vehicle to the designated parking stall.
5. The trolley moves the vehicle from the shuttle to the stall where it will await retrieval, then repositions itself on the shuttle awaiting another operation.
Cars are parked on fixed stalls and not on mobile platforms, a solution that allows better use of vertical space. The retrieval operation follows the same procedure, but in reverse sequence.
Turntables and customizable access solutions
The system can be equipped with turntables that rotate the car to ensure forward entry and exit, improving comfort and safety for the user. Turntables can also be used to transfer the vehicle from street level to the internal parking levels.
The entry and exit area can be built inside a building space or externally, with a retractable mobile roof cover that, once closed, restores the complete flatness of the surface.
