The Traslo Park T model is an automated parking system designed for car handling via an integral lifting trolley. It is a mechanized parking system ideal for public and private parking of medium and large dimensions, with a variable capacity from 80 up to 1,000 parking spaces, also configurable in multiple modules. The system can be built both above ground and underground, with the entry and exit bay positioned above or below the parking levels, ensuring maximum design flexibility based on architectural and urban planning requirements.

The stacker crane: the heart of the automated parking system

The Traslo Park T automated parking is characterized by the presence of a single central machine, called the stacker crane. This component represents the heart of the system and allows reducing vehicle storage and retrieval times, thanks to the simultaneous combination of horizontal translation and vertical lifting movements.

This technology speeds up operations compared to traditional systems, improving the overall performance of the automatic parking.

An additional technical advantage is the absence of the central slab in the stacker crane area, which allows reducing the excavation depth in underground parking, resulting in construction cost optimization and better adaptability to available spaces.

How the automated parking system works

The system operation is simple and fully automated.

1. The user accesses the entry bay and leaves the car in the designated area.
2. Once the vehicle is stored, the elevator transfers it to the parking area.
3. The trolley picks up the car from the elevator and positions it on the stacker crane.
4. The stacker crane moves simultaneously horizontally and vertically until reaching the destination stall.
5. The trolley deposits the vehicle on the fixed stall, usually made of concrete.

Cars are parked on fixed stalls and not on mobile platforms, a solution that allows better use of vertical space. The retrieval operation follows the same procedure, but in reverse sequence.

Turntables and customizable access solutions

The system can be equipped with turntables that rotate the car to ensure forward-drive entry and exit, improving comfort and safety for the user. Turntables can also be used to transfer the vehicle from street level to the internal parking floors.

The entry and exit bay can be built inside a building space or externally, with a retractable roof cover that, once closed, restores complete surface flatness.
